A project already built. A platform in development.
593 Tours already has its concept, brand, website and original prototypes. The tourism platform and commercial adventures remain under development, so purchases and bookings are not currently available.
The intended product has two models: 593 Originals for adventures created directly by 593 Tours, and a marketplace for third-party adventures. Before either model opens to the public, responsibilities, authorisations, terms, payments and safety measures will be confirmed under Ecuadorian law.
Who is behind 593 Tours
593 Tours is a project developed by Duque LTD, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13122478.
Duque LTD is responsible for the concept, brand, website and platform development. Jorge Duque Carvajal leads and builds the project for Duque LTD.
593 Tours is the name of the project and planned platform. It is not a separate legal entity from Duque LTD.

Current project status
593 Tours is a real project in its design and development stage. The business concept, brand, website, product design and adventure prototypes have already been built.
The tourism platform has not started commercial operations. It does not currently offer adventures for purchase, confirmed bookings or active tourism services.
This website presents the intended product, its direction and examples from the proposed first pilot. Publishing the concept allows the idea to be explained and tested before the service opens to the public.
593 Originals
593 Originals will feature adventures created and developed directly by 593 Tours. For these experiences, Duque LTD will assume the role required by the final service structure and the Ecuadorian rules applicable to that activity.
Before an adventure is published, its operational responsibility, user terms, age rating, warnings, route, safety measures and support arrangements will be defined.
Third-party adventures
593 Tours is also intended to operate as a marketplace where independent creators and providers can publish adventures for the public.
Under this model, 593 Tours will provide the digital platform, content presentation, purchase process and tools used to access the adventure. The proposed commercial model includes a 30% commission on each sale completed through the platform.
The creator or provider identified on the relevant listing will be responsible for the content and for the obligations attached to its role as a service provider. 593 Tours will remain responsible for its own role as platform, intermediary, seller or provider wherever the law or the actual transaction structure requires it.
Legal responsibility will not be determined merely by the label used on the website. Before launch, each model will identify who sells, invoices, supplies the service, handles complaints and requires regulatory authorisation.
Payments through the platform
The commercial product is intended to include a protected checkout process supported by a specialised payment provider. The final terms will identify the payment processor, supported currencies, charges, settlement arrangements, refunds and handling of payment data.
593 Tours must not be described as a financial institution or as holding customer funds where those functions are performed by the payment provider.
This website does not currently accept payments, investments or donations.
Adventures and prototypes shown
Caída Libre, No Molestar, Modo Diablo and Melo en Fuga are concepts created to demonstrate different uses of the product and the proposed pilot in Baños de Agua Santa.
Stories, images, routes, durations, schedules, starting points, prices, operators and features may change during development. A concept listing is not a booking, ticket or indication that an experience is currently available.
Baños de Agua Santa is the proposed location of the first pilot. 593 Tours has a national scope and is intended to expand progressively across Ecuador.
No purchase or booking at this stage
Browsing the website, opening a concept adventure, using a demonstration or selecting an informational button does not create a booking, sale or tourism service contract.
This provision applies only during the pre-operational stage. Before purchases are enabled, 593 Tours will publish terms explaining the total price, seller identity, purchased content, access method, cancellation and refund rules, and support channels.
Information under development
The website reflects the current version of the project. Features, cities, adventures, routes, proposed prices, commercial arrangements and estimated dates may change during development.
Future website updates will not retrospectively remove rights attached to a completed purchase. Once sales begin, the version of the terms accepted for each transaction will be retained with that transaction.
Providers, creators and third parties
The appearance of a destination, venue, public place, attraction or brand in a prototype does not by itself imply sponsorship, authorisation, partnership or a commercial relationship.
Before a third-party adventure is offered commercially, 593 Tours will identify the creator or provider and verify the information, permissions and capacity relevant to that activity. Admission, review, suspension and removal standards will be set out in the creator terms.
593 Tours will not use the marketplace label to exclude any responsibility imposed on the platform under Ecuadorian law because of its role in presenting an offer, collecting payment, informing consumers or providing after-sales support.
Tourism, safety and Ecuadorian law
Future operations directed at the Ecuadorian market will comply with mandatory Ecuadorian rules applicable to tourism, intermediation, electronic commerce, consumer protection and personal data.
Publication of this concept is not an administrative authorisation to operate. Before launch, the project will confirm whether Duque LTD, 593 Tours, its operators or its creators require tourism registration, licences, local representation, tax registration or other authorisations.
Where an adventure involves physical activity, external operators, regulated areas, alcohol or minors, publication will depend on specific controls and terms. Ratings and warnings must be available before purchase and remain accessible during use.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the original texts, stories, design, visual identity, prototypes, graphics and editorial structure created for 593 Tours belong to Duque LTD or are used with permission.
593 Tours and 593 Originals identify the project and its product lines. This notice does not claim that every brand, character, story or element is registered, patented or protected under every possible intellectual property right.
Third-party brands, photographs, illustrations and content remain the property of their respective owners. References to real places, historical facts or general game ideas do not claim rights over material that belongs to the public domain or another person.
Original website content may not be reproduced, sold, presented as someone else's work or commercially exploited without permission. Personal browsing and sharing links to the project remain permitted.
Proper use of the website
The website may not be used to attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, extract content at scale, introduce harmful code, impersonate 593 Tours or present its prototypes as another person's products.
These restrictions do not prevent ordinary browsing, legitimate quotation, criticism, lawful research or the exercise of user rights.
Scope of the information
Current content is provided for information and product demonstration. Concept descriptions do not replace the instructions, terms and warnings that will accompany each commercial adventure.
Duque LTD will take reasonable steps to keep published information accurate. During development, some elements may remain incomplete, proposed or subject to validation. Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury or any obligation that cannot lawfully be limited.
Personal data and cookies
593 Tours must process personal data relating to users in Ecuador in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and other applicable rules. Duque LTD will also assess the United Kingdom requirements arising from its establishment in the UK.
Before registration, Google sign-in, forms, non-essential analytics, payments or creator profiles are enabled, the website must publish a privacy notice explaining, among other matters:
- what data is collected;
- the purpose and legal basis for processing;
- retention periods;
- the providers receiving the data;
- international transfers;
- security measures;
- how statutory rights can be exercised;
- how to contact the data controller.
External links
The website may contain links to services or websites managed by third parties. Each third party applies its own terms and policies. 593 Tours will select links for their relevance to the project but does not permanently control the content or availability of external websites.
Strictly necessary cookies may be used for basic operation. Analytics, advertising or tracking tools requiring information or consent will remain disabled until the corresponding mechanism is implemented.
Applicable law and user rights
Tourism activity and transactions directed at users in Ecuador will be governed by mandatory Ecuadorian law.
Future commercial terms must define jurisdiction and complaint procedures precisely. No contractual choice may remove non-waivable consumer rights or prevent access to the competent authorities.
The incorporation, administration and corporate disclosures of Duque LTD remain governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Updates
This notice applies to the development stage and will be replaced or expanded before commercial launch.
How a story will be published
The future process will include editorial review, local review, safety, field testing, beta and maintenance.
